That's the substation expansion. From the 811 dig marking request they wanted it marked on the corner of Dartmouth and Coastal highway, there are some orange markings there but still not sure where the stalls will end up. If they're marking near the corner I'd suspect it's near there which would be great for camera viewing

I gotta say though, holy cow that's a huge auger! Too bad the traffic cam isn't higher res to see that stuff going in real-time.

Or maybe they are just installing a sidewalk from the parking lot to the street..

I don't want to cry wolf again. But, there is construction fencing up on the south side of the parking lot. From the arial view, that's 11 spots unless the use the corner for a pull in, than that would be 12

Hopefully that’s the NE side of the property. Per post #33 the NE side was the area to be marked.
