Supercharger Locations with Waiting Lines to charge

I am creating this thread to keep track of those few, and we hope very few, Supercharger locations that have, on occasion, waiting lines to charge.

Please only post in this thread if you are a somewhat frequent user of a Supercharger location that you experience a line of cars waiting to charge.

Try to keep this format so it will be easy to read by all of us:

* Location Name, as shown by Tesla
* Days and times with the longest waiting time, with typical waiting time.
* Days and times with no waiting line
* Proposed future Supercharger location/s that should improve this situation

Thank you for your assistance. This info could help us plan our trips to avoid these locations during peak times and lessen the impact of over-crowding.

I have been at a conference the last few days, which happened at Qualcomm's event center, which is where the San Diego supercharger is. Yesterday, Friday, there was a line of cars waiting from 9am when I arrived to after 6:30 when I left. That was pretty bad.
