They’re having network problems. Same thing was happening today with Torrance.

Does anyone know if the Superchargers are on cellular or wired network? I can totally see Superchargers in a spotty cellular service area have delayed status reporting.

Was told by supercharger phone support that they update every 5 mins not real-time.

One can hope they be adding another half dozen stalls. Notice supercharger is often packed & bringing in lots of foot traffic.

Sorry guys no additional chargers and no work related to Tesla.

Was down to 40 miles so I went over to charge.

While I was there I talked to the construction guys and took some photos.

Foreman said they’re building an enclosure for the trash dumpers. City came by and told property management that the dumpers need to be inside an enclosure for safety to keep the dumpers from rolling around the lot and also to make make them less noticeable- ie not an eye sore.

They’re building an 8 ft tall heavy duty enclosure. Heck the footings for the fence goes down 4 feet !

They should be done in a week. The labors said it’s a quick job.

I was here yesterday and the additional stalls are still enclosed off.

Yeah I was there last night and saw the same.

Keep in car and app state that those 5 fenced off are available. So if it says 5/20 available there are zero available. Those 5 are active but fenced off.

They’re accessible now. Everything is cleaned up & completed.

I just got back 5 min ago.

Yeah they’re all accessible.

The construction on the trash bin corral is still in progress; just make the temporary fence small enough to use the chargers.

Not the nicest part of town but only a couple blocks off my regular route downtown.

Let’s see how quick they get this one up.

I’ll give it a drive by next week.

Drove my today to take photos.

Didn’t know where to even start.

This is a huge strip mall and the whole thing has either been partially town down and the rest is getting a major remodel.

The parking lot is torn up everywhere and the whole complex is surrounded by a privacy fence.

It appears way to early to even tell where they are putting the SuperChargers at this point.

I’ll drive by in several weeks and since I’m down here all the time and see if the building construction is closer to finished.

Does anyone know if there is an app that tells us the rates at each station without having access to the car?

I would think there is. But since Tesla can dynamically change the prices; without some way of parsing that data from Tesla I could see it being outdated quite often.
