Seems like a confirmation of the Toot,n Tatum address is up on the updated Tesla page, assuming that is at 7012 Zenith Avenue
The page still has that, but it seems they are removing the detail from many of them now. The College Station details have gone already.
Yep, just checked now, most of them have the details removed :(

Well, er, at least Zenith location is ‘funding secured’

Heard a local news story last week that

In addition to the first group of planned Lubbock stores, Toot'n Totum is considering several other sites, putting its goal store count between 18 and 20 locations in the Lubbock area.

Happy hunting!

Who knows, the Denison charger has been up for nearly a year and store not open.

Proof that Tesla can pretty much just set up shop without needing a supporting business to be open at the same time.
true - but a driveway would be nice, the Model 3 isn't known for its cross country ability ;)
I'm guessing the site owner will have to start laying things out and setting up the site before they allow Tesla to start work on the supercharger.
But good point, I'd forgotten about that site where the building wasn't finished before the SC was working.

The current permit status on 7012 Zenith Ave, as of 10/26, is that it is still stuck in Subdivision Development Planning stage. The most recent movement is that the drainage analysis review passed on 10/7/2022 after failing twice before that. That may have been what has held up any movement on the host site for the last two or three months.
