Everything is wired and buttoned up ... just missing the meter from the power utility.
The plaques on the supercharger cabinets above are too low res for you to read - here’s a better shot. You will see this is, in fact, a 250kW charger.
Well, there’s Michigan City, which got stalls before this one, but that’s in Indiana, so I’ll shut up now.
Yes it is the first V3 in Michigan
All of them in Michigan...and a few other states.
Nothing more to add than that. Looking forward to visiting this one when I get paid to go this way in June (provided things are back to normal by then).

Cool. I was wondering since those meters just connect to current sense transformers on the main feeds versus house meters that sit in the circuit path. I figured the power company would not have made the transformer live yet.

Why the hell would they do that? I thought those 2 were reserved for people for visiting the island. I don’t think such a trip takes just 15 minutes.
I don’t know, but the site does look like it took a huge hit during the winter by ice floes. I’ll keep an eye on it to see if it’s rebuilt.
when I visited on March 21, I tried both the destination chargers. They were damaged and both were nonfunctional. The ground was damaged from ice flows. It was hard to even get close to get the charging cable. I thought they might be turned off for the winter.
There is less need now that a V3 charger is in the lot. I do not expect them to be replaced.

There were three destination chargers that were sent to the Star Line.
Jerry , the CFO at the time , drives a blue MX , installed the two in M-City and one in St. Ignace.
Given the installation of the SC they may have moved the destination chargers across the bridge, or put them in the maintenance garage.
