Supercharger - Madison, WI - South Livingston

Confirmation from a member of the WI Tesla Owners Club. Barriers are gone, power is on (Tesla letters are glowing), they are also charging.

Can confirm. Went around 5 and the guys I saw before were leaving and the barrier was moved (but not gone - moved to the side).

I have a theory:
That image from before (based on the direction and size of the shadows) seems to have been taken during the evening.
The lot isn't 100% done yet, as they still have the Electrify America chargers to install (and they had some need today for a metalworker).
So it's possible the lot's closed during the day while they're working, and they open it in the evenings.
Just a guess...

This would also explain why it's not yet on Tesla's site or the in-car GPS.
Either that or I got lucky and the one day I check this lot out 3 times in one day it opens.

Due to construction there is no access to Livingston from Washington Ave, you need to come in from E. Main St.
