Supercharger - Michigan City, IN

I was scouting this location out a few weeks ago while I await delivery for my MYP and saw they're in the process of adding what looks like 12 or 16 additional superchargers. This looks like it will triple the capacity of this location. The existing 8 V3s appear to all still be operational. Not sure when they'll be finished with the expansion/upgrade, but I'd guess in the next month or so?

The new SC location off of I-94 in Stevensville, MI (another Meijer location) should also help with charger congestion along this corridor between Chicago and Michigan.

Any exact detail would be helpful. @Big Earl @Chuq @corywright.

Correction. I don't think the Stevensville one is also at a Meijer now that I look at the map on Tesla's website...There is a Meijer at the next exit (23) on I-94. I thought it was going there for some reason.

The Tesla findus future locations are not actual locations, usually just where Google maps puts the pin for the town.

Thanks. I'm trying to learn the ropes, so I appreciate the tip. It probably will be at the Meijer off of Exit 23 then if I had to guess.

There's 3 Supercharger cabinets in the background so max 12 (3 x 4) stalls. 10 stalls in shot.

Nice, adding 12 more brings the total to 20 V3 Supercharger stalls. We'll update supercharge.info once the additional stalls are open.

Looks like the 12 additional stalls should be open very soon. They've removed the construction fence around them.

I didn't stop to charge but it looks like there are now 20 total stalls open.
