Yes it would? Ironically there is Destination Chargers at Holiday Inn near Clinton Falls (Cabela's and Outlet Mall area). There is plenty of room in the Cabela's parking lot which very high visibility for Tesla. Also Downtown Owatonna has a Destination Charger installed by the Local Utility.

We've linked 2 permits to this location--1) a permit for the general construction of the EVCS which hasn't been approved yet; 2) a permit for the supercharger wiring which was approved in February. So, it's not at all clear that they will be able to proceed to construction any time soon.

While your diligence is most appreciated, flags and pavement markings aren't generally considered cone-worthy. When there is construction equipment on site, fencing, Tesla equipment, or something like that the site will get its cone.

Well this didn’t take long. Stopped by on the way home today. 4 of the 8 stalls are up. Talked briefly to what seemed to be the foreman of the installing crew. Very nice guy. They are from Kentucky. They were the same guys that installed the ND Superchargers. Said they will be completed by Friday before moving to the other Minneapolis location. Obviously the rest will depend on Tesla and Xcel Energy to energize.
