It appears that a Service Center and Supercharger are being built near Dayton, Ohio. Former Friends Office and Staples before that.

Wow, that's just a little over a mile from where I grew up! I haven't been there for about 20 years. It was really nostalgic just now looking around there on Google Street View. It would be a good Tesla location.

Looks like there’s also a few more food options within walking distance. LongHorn Steakhouse, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Arby’s, and more.
I’m so excited! This is literally right next to my work and as I was sitting here eating at Chipotle, wondering what’s being built over in this building, we see 2 Tesla’s pull up and my husband says “I bet it’s gonna be a Tesla dealership”…. After a quick google search, it is!!!! This is a score for the area! To bad I have my MYLR on order from Cincinnati, but still super pumped this is being built here!
There is also a Walmart within walking distance as well!!

And good old Capri Lanes, if it's a good day for a short walk. That place is an institution - 60+ years in one spot. It would be a decent place to pass time during a service appointment.

Just the service center but it looks like they have the equipment to put in the supercharger conduits on site.

Unfortunately, I don't think it can operate as a store/dealership since Tesla is only allowed 3 dealerships in Ohio. It will only be service center. So no delivering cars.
Yup just service center and supercharger location, which Dayton area needs a supercharger since the closest one is Englewood.
