Supercharger - Morgantown, WV

Transformer has arrived.

The transformer seems like a pretty critical component. We're going to go to Morgantown for Thanksgiving. I'm hoping the supercharger will be operational by then. Using the level 2 charger in the Farmer's market is just too stressful. If it's operational, we should be able to get there from the NYC area with just one stop along the way.

If LaVale, MD is any indicator, Morgantown should be operational within weeks. (Am I being too optimistic? )
LaVale transformer arrived and installed somewhere between August 20 and August 26. Supercharger was operational by September 1. So keep your fingers crossed.

I'm hoping it will be ready by this weekend. Not counting on it though. Morgantown, WV and Cookeville, TN are the two I'm currently anxiously awaiting.

It almost certainly not be ready. No meter as of today means, stop hoping. If you need a plug to bridge the gap, either use my house or let me know your planned route and i can make suggestions.

Morgantown is a hop, skip, and a jump for me and I think it would be fun! Supercharging and a shmuffin!

If it winds up being a day when I'm back and forth through there, I'm in too. If it isn't ready this weekend, I'll just stop at La Vale, then to Cambridge OH (or Tridelphia WV as I currently do). But I like the sound of the meter arriving today.

Even when this charger gets up and running, I'm a bit nervous as google maps indicates it is 224 miles from my parents in OH to the Morgantown charger. Their place is near Chillicothe, OH. The route I used to take with my ICE was US 50 through Parkersburg, WV to Clarksburg, WV then up I79 to Morgantown. There are no other Superchargers planned on that route. There is a destination charger at a restaurant near Clarksburg that I can stop at during business hours to give me a boost if needed. I have done 217 miles before with 7 miles to spare when I only had charged to 235 miles so I do have an idea that I can make it. Won't know till the charger is ready and I get to test it.
