Based on those photos I am going to say they will beat their Q1 2023 deadline.
That site looks 90% done! Can you check for the big green transformer and if it has the meter (glass bubble thing) on the side of it and if there are numbers on the meter the next time you are in the area?Not sure if anyone is in the area to confirm but this shows that this station is up and running.

Charged here today but only because I had seen this posting last week. NAV was still routing me to other Mt. Airy location further away from 77 where I was traveling. This one was not even showing up on the NAV when I was listing all sites.
I thought these hit the NAV as soon as they are live?
