Supercharger - Mt Gambier, SA

This photo was posted on Facebook showing a previously-unknown Supercharger site under construction at Ramsay Avenue, Mt Gambier:

There's 6 parking spots there, but only three charging posts visible in the picture so far.

Four posts in a subsequent photos on that T3&Y FB thread and what looks like a mount point on the side. So guessing it will probably be 6 V3, although can't see a sixth. Four would be strange.
Won't complete until sometime in October.

I like surprises like these.

It's a nice infill on the SA coast.

On a more serious note, another OTR (On The Run) site after "The Bend". Perhaps Tesla has some agreement with them Could be good going forward. SA sites could be Narracoorte, Kingston SE, Bordertown, Port Pirre, Kadina, Port Pirie, Port Agusta, Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Ceduna etc.

On a more serious note, another OTR (On The Run) site after "The Bend". Perhaps Tesla has some agreement with them Could be good going forward. SA sites could be Narracoorte, Kingston SE, Bordertown, Port Pirre, Kadina, Port Pirie, Port Agusta, Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Ceduna etc.

OTR is starting to move into Victoria as well.
Mainly places like Stawell and Hamilton, but they do have one in Melbourne now.

OTR Renmark would be better (need something in that area on way over to mildura/sydney). IRT has a hungry jacks/maccas next door and the SAPN power transformer already on site.

Definately a possibility now that Tesla is seemly building a Sydney-Adeliade corridor.

If I squint I see provision for six chargers. Three posts currently in place, the fifth space along with the concrete ready for a post and the six space potentially with the concrete work just on the outside of the exisiting concrete parking boundary area. Given the curve nature of the spots this may be to allow that extra space for that final spot.

And the first space being a pull in with the concrete ready right in the fore of the picture

Want to see a Tesla logo on the sign, it think replacing the smokemart one will do. I'm pretty sure its obvious to anyone that servo's sell smokes.

Someone has changed PlugShare status from under construction to active but i cant see any posts on PlugShare or elsewhere to confirm that anyone has successfully charged. It is also not showing up on the Tesla app.
