Looks that way. I stopped in tonight and plugged in, no juice. I talked to the crew Friday and they said it would be turned on Monday or Tuesday.

Just a few days too early, but it's complete now!

Looks like they finished testing with a Model S. I'd trust Omniflux's report. He's been keeping a close eye on the project.

I was there 20 minutes or so. I didn't need he power to get home but it will definitely give he people north of Salt Lake the ability it drive as fast as they want.

They said they don't think their company got the contract for St. George, although I think they did all the other Utah sites.

after I took these pics, I pulled over to the Sinclair station to get gas. Uugh
there was a time when I figured I'd have about 25,000 miles on my Model X by now
thanks to the owner of the nice blue 85 w CA plates)

No action on this thread in several years, but happy to report that the charger is going strong and doing well, even at 3:43 am. Absolutely desolate since the pie shop where this is located was closed indefinitely but the Texaco next door (to the right of the chargers in this picture) is open and the staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are among the most "fragrant" I've been in so fair warning.

Nephi was alive and well as of July 25, 2021. I do wish there were better amenities in the area though. And, yes, that Texaco bathroom is horrific. I walk over to the Burger King instead.

I had to move stalls when I was in Nephi last. I plugged in and it never started charging. I was in 2B. Tried three times before I moved to 1B and started sharing with another Model 3.

As we pulled in saw workers serving the chargers. Immediately freaked cause I needed electrons!

Good news. They were taking out the temp two on a pallet chargers in preparation for an additional 2 permanent SCs!

This was as of an hour ago. Looks like they are taking out the temp ones to add more permanent ones or upgrade existing ones? Someone who knows more about this can chime if if they know what the text means.
