I heard today from someone at Tesla that the original 4 will be removed.

I'm here now, it's dark and cold, so i didn't snap any.

They also tapped of the area in the middle (the little island in front of the chargers), for a second I thought the chargers are going there

No pix but I was there earlier. Excavation for the placement of the (terminology may be wrong) transformers is complete and they have laid out the boundaries for the concrete pad. They have worked thru the rain on Weds/thurs. They have not put down any conduit yet. They have marked out where they will pull electric from in two different places.

We're going to need a ribbon cutting ceremony for Newark when it's done, since I missed Tannersville this weekend! Plus it'll be a bit closer for our southern guys and gals to make the trip!

We can just get some Starbucks instead and toast the SC.

Instead of a ribbon cutting, we can all bring some white and black paint and a wide brush to make sure the lines are painted in the right places.

This morning there are 6 wooden creates with Tesla logos on them staged about 200 feet from the existing Supercharging stations. They're in an area that's blocked off with construction barriers. Maybe 6 boxes = 6 additional stations?
