Do you have a permit that's been submitted to the city? Or are you just going off the official Tesla web site? If it's just off the Tesla web site then there are zero indicators on where it's going, it might not actually even be in the city but close. If there is a permit already, then we can figure out where exactly it's going.

This is a guess but Tesla has some chargers in Fred Meyer parking lots in WA and there’s a store in Newport. It seems like Tesla frequently builds them in Target and grocery store parking lots.

as I understand it, the fred meyers leadership likes teslas a lot. rumor passed from a mobile tech, but might explain it at least

True but maybe this will go closer to the intersection of highways 20 and 101.
