I'm starting a thread to track the progress of a Tesla supercharger in the North Huntingdon, PA area. On July 15, an owner near Pittsburgh took this photo at the Sheetz at the Irwin exit of the PA Turnpike at 7821 US-30, Irwin, PA 15642. Here is the location from the "Coming Soon" map on Tesla.com as well as an overview of the current tri-state area for reference. Once construction begins or a more definite location is confirmed then we can update the map.
Nice, will definitely help alleviate our range anxiety on daytrips south/ SW of Pittsburgh without having to divert to Somerset in case we don't have juice enough for a roundtrip on a single charge, especially in the winter and heading to the ski resorts.

Everything is installed, but no power. Meter is in and transformer is humming. Looks like 1 thing is missing, but not sure what it is.
Perhaps it is a stand for a pair of autotransformers in case they are need to be added to adjust the source voltage to fall within the superchargers operating range, though there is only as single thin conduit coming out.
