I drove past today. They're actively working and the trench is has been dug. My phone messed up so I didn't get any good pictures. Exact location is by the holiday gas pumps, 45.125839, -93.258032. Approximately in the area of the red box. I couldn't tell the exact number of stalls, but based on the size of the trench, I'm guessing 8. Should be able to tell for sure in the next day or two.

Living in Coon Rapids, this is kind of awesome. I would have bet that the installation was at the nearby Target and not Cub. There isn't really much to do at this Cub, though I suppose you can walk across the mall parking lot to the mall.

Drove past today. No progress. Looks the same as last week.

I drove past it last night. Difficult to see in the dark, but it looks like not much progress has been made. I could see that a trench was dug and that some concrete foundation had been pour in part of the trench. Looks like the pictures from October 26. The fenced off area is small to me for 12 stalls. OH! It is located right off of the gas station attendant cabin.

A new electrical permit popped up the other day. Confirms it's a Tesla Supercharger (which we already knew from the equipment) with 8 stalls.

Construction continued today in the Cub Foods lot. Currently 5 stalls in but hard to see were other 3 are going. 2 containers unopened.

It's unusual these days to not see prefab installation. Must be something unique about the site, maybe the need for unique positioning of some the stalls as the previous poster alludes to.

The three remaining stalls are in, for a total of 8. There are five on one side and the other three are on the opposite side. The side with five has one labeled, "Designed for disabled access, use last." Interestingly, it also says Van accessible.

Drove by this morning. No discernible change - not surprising given the weather as of late (-14F). Looks to be waiting for a transformer.
