I stopped by and snagged some more pictures to give more prospective of where the install is going to be in the parking lot. Looks like they'll be digging from the power connection on. It's really a good spot for a supercharger, wish it was more than 8 stalls but maybe they'll expand. We could also use a Service Center on this side of town as well...

They should put urban chargers at the Smiths, that would make more sense (cheaper for Tesla).

The odd part about putting it here is that drivers will have a bit of a jaunt once the 215/95 Centennial interchange is done. Southbound 95 will have easy access, but that's about it. 215 E/W traffic would want to get off at Durango and take surface streets, while 95 NB would get off at Ann and snake its way up Centennial Center.
Once the full interchange is done, the furthest connections will be NB 95 - both off and on will use the existing ramps on the east side near Target, but the connection will be much closer than currently, due to a new segment of Sky Pointe between John Herbert Blvd. (behind Vons) and Azure Dr./Tropical Pkwy. The EB and WB 215 connections, both on and off, will be from a 'tight diamond' interchange on the new segment of Sky Pointe. Feeder ramps will also technically allow a couple additional 215 connections - a way to Oso Blanca from WB 215, and a way to EB 215 from Oso Blanca. (Oso Blanca will connect to Centennial Center, like it formerly did many years ago.)

I live just off the next northern exit at 95/Durango so I doubt I'll use these superchargers, but Centennial Hills is definitely a good location for travelers coming in from the 'wilds' of the north. Currently those folks have to get through a bunch of development to reach any other superchargers.

Progress!

Any recent updates?
I stopped last weekend, took some pictures but didn't think they were worth uploading since nothing has happened. I happen to drive-by yesterday as well and no progress. Still waiting on the transformer and unground electrical inspections per the permit site (this one). There's still a pile of dirt and the asphalt trench hasn't been corrected either.
