Supercharger not charging (credit card)

Has anyone else found that some supercharger charges aren't just slow to hit your account but never do? I have now charged twice in Fredrick, 3 weeks ago and 4 weeks ago, and neither has hit my Tesla account (despite other charges since then doing so).

Anyone else experience this with Fredrick in particular? With other locations in general?

I've seen it reported that new superchargers (such as Frederick) don't charge until they've been open for a bit.

I have free supercharging so can't comment myself.
