Almost certainly not an Urban if at a suburban Royal Farms.

V3, eight chargers, 4 Tesla only spots and four15 minute general parking.

Everything appears ready but the main transformer doesn't have power yet.

Great access from I-95. This is gonna be a popular charging location.

No, Nottingham is correct. The address the photos above were taken is shown as Nottingham. See photo. If Tesla ultimately shows it as White Marsh, we can reopen the discussion but that is unlikely.

Both are probably correct. The sign on the corner says "Nottingham Ridge at White Marsh"

@MarcoRP - please update the location of the pin. Here are where the chargers actually reside on the premises.

This location is really nice as the Chesapeake House and Maryland House (i95 rest stops) also both have chargers but they are V2.

Near I-95 but not limited to toll traffic like rest stop locations. Love it!

Amazing how many SuCs are nearly complete but unannounced and unnoticed.

I am super excited about this location... Been waiting a long time to have a charger within range.

FYI, Nottingham may be the legally correct municipality, but everyone in the area knows this as "White Marsh"... As previously stated.
