Mini-splitter on I-70 of the 90.2 mile gap from Grand Junction, CO to Glenwood Springs, CO.
Means that the largest gap from Green River, UT to Denver, CO will be 51 miles.
Also, will destress Grand Junction, CO as Green River, UT to Parachute, CO is 144 miles.
Also helps with N-S travel.
However, it could place some extra stress on Green River, UT as drivers may want to charge to make it to Parachute, CO and avoid Grand Junction, CO.
So Tesla might want to upgrade Green River, UT or Grand Junction, CO, or split the two if possible.
Grand Junction desperately needs an upgradeIf they play this correctly, Parachute will take a lot of Glenwood and GJ service and then they could upgrade them.
Good ole Milwaukee...I used to live there.I do Milwaukee <-> San Diego a lot and this is HUGE. That stretch from Edwards to Green River really sucks.
Well that was quickParachute is open and showing on the car navigation. We were in Glenwood Springs and noticed it on the map but needed to head east instead of west so we weren't able to stop by to check it out. I did see availability changing so there were 2 to 3 cars charging already and 12 stalls total.
