Those spots are for DMV use.

Parallel parking and regular parking spots for driver training/testing.

I drove thru Payson yesterday, no signs of any construction activity yet. I charged in Holbrook and took 377 to Heber following just behind the flatbed semi that started 15-20 brush fires on the side of 377 and 277 before finally being stopped before reaching Heber-Overgaard. Both roads were completely closed soon after.

I also read a report that he was dragging a loading ramp, creating sparks on the asphalt.

Never is still in play, apparently. Much needed but I guess it won't make it this Summer.

Only took 73 days to approve it. I don't know if that is considered fast or slow.

Was in Payson yesterday did not see any construction started. Hope the location is not right in front of the subway near the highway because if it is the entire row was full.

This was found during the permitting process, prior to permit approval. Permit was approved May 31st, so less than a month since they got the go-ahead to build. Hopefully we see them starting within the next few weeks.

It's not totally clear to me who the host business is. Permit says "Payson Village" but if you google that you don't really get much. Maybe it's a new development being built on that site. Anyways, assuming the address is accurate, it's about as good a location as you could hope for. Many fast food places and a couple other restaurants within walking distance. And some marginal shopping. Going from memory the drive thrus at the Del Taco and McDonald's are open 24 hours and they are right near by.

The only other decent location would have been the casino which is always good for 24/7 food and bathrooms, but there's nothing else within walking distance other than the Sonic which isn't 24 hours.

So the host is "Payson Village Center", and above that Progression Real Estate Investment or whoever owns it now.

Drove by yesterday and there is no sign that they may begin anything soon at the site (no equipment boxes, machinery, etc.).

They say fall 2018, which means before December 21, 2018. But this is Tesla, so they might have the year wrong.
They are also saying Summer 2018 for Pecos and Ft. Stockton, but no movement there either.
So take it with a grain of salt.

Taking the glass is at least half full position, I'm amazed how fast the network is growing except in poor North Dakota. Outside of CA, I think AZ has done better than most states.
