I drove by a couple days ago. Demo has not started, if I got the right place, an old Burger King, next to the new Juicery.

This is a little bit off topic, but I noticed the Whole Foods in Portsmouth got rid of their EVgo charging spot.

Does this mean they're getting something better, like a Tesla charger?

Drove by two days ago, demo fencing is up, most signage has been removed, building appears to be a shell.

Interesting, I noticed this weekend that the Whole Foods in Lynnfield, MA got rid of their Chargepoint as well…

It was chargepoint, and I'm guessing there's just really no benefit to them having it. Plus it was taking up two of the best parking spots, was free, and people were constantly just leaving their cars plugged in there for hours and hours.

Drove by there the other day, nothing new happening. Looking as post-apocalyptic as ever.

Finally seeing some motion here - permits for the c-store itself were applied for 12/28/2023, indicating the project is finally moving forward. Probably 6+ months before any supercharger related work as it typically doesn't happen until the overall site development reaches a certain point. So this is probably a Q3/Q4 24+ opening.
