Supercharger price mismatch?

So used a supercharger for the first time as a test today. Noticed the price on screen (when I stopped charging) showed as £16.78 for 36kW.

Price shown before charging was 35p/kWh, so should have been just over £12. Going into my account on website it shows as expected.

Is it normal to have it show wrong on the screen after charging? I was wanting to log these costs as I leave each supercharger, but if it's always showing wrong total cost then I cannot.

Any ideas why wrong?

This is normal at the moment where there are different peak and off peak prices. It shows on screen at the peak price even when off times. However your billing is correct at the reduced rate.

It the moment the only way to get the correct prices is not on your screen but on your app/desktop etc.

I posted this info when the time changes first came out.

I don't think that you should waste a moment of your time on a futile mission!
I think they are obviously aware of it as it appears to be noticed by several owners on several different sites and it is probably at the end of a very long "to do" list!

Not only is the amount different but the date is different ... screen says this was a charge in October.

I had a quick top up at Hartshead Moor yesterday and whilst i didn't bother checking the price because i'm still using up referral miles, the date is clearly wrong as is the time (it was 11.30am) and i was in France on July 23rd.

Maybe you want to check you didn't get old electric - wouldn't put it past them.

I got the old prices displayed initially but after a two steering wheel button restart the prices showed correctly for both peak and off peak (screen price matched bank statement).

So pleased to have paid 37p incl vat on Saturday at Colchester. In July, I paid 48p incl. at Colchester. Just as well; the 62 miles of jammed A12 South traffic on Saturday, gave us only 72% efficiency.
