Supercharger - Primm, NV

There is a second hand report on the TM forum of a Model S owner spotting a 6-8 stall supercharger under construction at Primm. If anyone is passing through, it might be worth taking a few minutes to scout around the area.
I think I saw this too. Was this the post which said stateline Nevada? I looked it up and Stateline, NV is a city up by Lake Tahoe.

Just read a Facebook post in our Las Vegas group that says, "8-bay Supercharger under construction in Primm. Looks to me like all of the underground work is done; the pylons are in; and some empty equipment cabinets are on site (not yet installed). Will this be the first S/C in a casino parking lot?
Nearest superchargers: 118 miles by road to Barstow; 42 to LV; 112 to Kingman via Nipton." The following pics as well.

I came through Primm heading south on Sat, Oct 18, and I stopped at Whisky Pete's to checkout their J1772, which was working and not ICEed. I missed this construction because Whisky Pete's is off the south-going side of I15 and Primm Valley Casino is on the north-going side.

I also was impressed by the Ivanpah solar array. I had seen it from the air on flights into Las Vegas, but this was the first time I had seen it from the ground. It is making a huge difference in peak solar production for CA. On summer mid-afternoons peak solar in CA is now approaching 10% of typical max load.

Good idea. I'd like to actually go to a S/C ribbon cutting just for once. Tried to make Kingman, but it didn't work out. If anybody gets wind of the date, please post. I'm following this thread with daily updates, so unless there's an unfortunate schedule conflict (odds are there will be), I'll be there!

As a 60kWh owner and Vegas resident, I am very interested in anything having to do with the opening of this charger. at any time, if you feel that you're over posting on the subject, please feel free to message me directly with any and all info. Thanks in advance.
