A Tesla 8 stall V3 supercharger is being included in a new Neon Marketplace being built at 288 Kinsley Ave, Providence, RI. Neon has been partnering with Tesla to include superchargers at a number of Neon Marketplaces being built in the region, with EV charging included in most if not all new sites being built. Building permits for the site have already been issued.

Permit BLDG-22-603 was just issued 5/18/2022 to Gordon Construction to do this 8 stall supercharger build. Not sure when the actual construction will commence. Probably at an appropriate time during the c-store construction and between other jobs Gordon is already doing or permitted to do throughout the Northeast. The Freetown, MA Neon is also in this condition - but construction well underway so will likely be done ahead of this location.

Permit ELEC-22-603 was issued 8/01/22 for the electrical part of this supercharger build, suggesting this site is probably getting closer to getting underway.

Based on when the building permit was issued compared to this new electrical permit, this site is probably under construction. Is anyone able to grab some pictures?

The Neon Marketplace is under construction. Supercharger work is still in the "coming soon" queue.

Probably a toss-up between this location and the Freetown, MA Neon Marketplace location in terms of which one has it's supercharger build start first.

Some recent photos of this site show it's very well on it's way to completion. I'll be the supercharger construction begins very soon...

Construction has begun at this location - no Tesla equipment on site quite yet, but site work is underway as the Neon Marketplace being built there continues to take shape.

Thanks for the update. From what can be seen in the photo work looks substantially complete. Can't determine if there is a transformer/meter from that shot. If all supercharger work is done, then the crew will have moved on to their next project
