Probably awaiting hydro Quebec just like the other Quebec locations.

Yes. Including Chicoutimi and all the other 150 currently active Canadian superchargers. I was in Saguenay last August after they opened the border.

They don't want you to park overnight, but you're technically a "client" of the supercharger while you're plugged in. I'm betting they had problem with other cars parking in the lot overnight or for long periods of time...
