I'm always blown away by how long it takes to power-up the stations after Tesla has seemingly finished everything... some locations wait for transformers (or something) from the utility company for quite a long time. Would be interesting to be a fly on the wall and find out why they are almost never in sync with Tesla's construction schedule!

(Side note: driving to PG from the interior in mid-July... seeing that the Tesla map says "opening Q3 2021", I don't think I'll be testing this location. BUT, it will be super handy when we go north for the BC Cup XC finals in PG for Mar 2022!)

Sadly there are two realities at play. There's "Tesla Time" where things move fast in a beautifully coordinated manner ... and then there's the rest of the world. Tesla doesn't mess around, they're able to build these Superchargers pretty much anywhere in the world within a week. But sadly Municipal Governments take months to schedule in a basic inspection and then months for BC Hydro to get in to install a meter. Expect these Superchargers to be activated in September to October sometime (the usual 3-4 months). On a positive note, it could be that the Superchargers from Prince George, Quesnel, Williams Lake and Cache Creek may even be activated all within a week of each other. Throughout June to November we'll be getting a wave of activations!

I'm curious to know if Tesla installed a Flo charger in Quesnel too like in Williams Lake and Cache Creek!

There is a FLO charger!
These are located down the road from Walmart, closer to marks and dollarama

I guess you've never had the pleasure of working on a project that requires BC Hydro to meet a schedule... ;-)

Here are three photos of the chargers from yesterday, 23 September. Tape around the cables and everything else ready to go for BC Hydro to turn on the power.
It was too awkward for me to look into the state of the Prince George SpCs, and it was the wrong time of day for examining the Williams Lake site. Cache Creek is, of course, fully operational. Saw one Model Y on Rte 97 yesterday, heading north from Hope towards Cache Creek.
76ºF / 24ºC around Ashcroft/Spences Bridge! At poor Lytton it was only 72. Blackout material isolates the highway from gawkers trying to look at the destroyed village.

Quesnel Quibble:

Four of the Alberta SpCs along the Tête Jaune (Rte 16) are sliiiiiiightly further north than is Quesnel. But those are on an E-W highway; they're not as one heads north (you know: to Alaska 😏).
