Saw @BlueShift found a new permit for 4401 S. Laburnum Ave in Richmond.

Here's a thread to track it, I'm going to try to swing by this week to see any signs of construction.

Appears to be another 8 stall location heading East out of Richmond.

Is this the pin on the map showing on the ‘Richmond’ name right now as EOY 2017? I assume so, unless it’s another ‘never pinned’ location!

It’s a never pinned location near as I can tell, the pin location on the coming soon map seems to indicate somewhere inside the city proper, like shockoe bottom or so.

Jeez... I really wonder where these ‘never existed’ locations are coming from. That’s two, just locally-ish. Thanks for the update!

I don't think that is correct. I believe it is going to be in the parking lot between JC Penny and Lowes. There are some marking on the pavement and grass. I posted pictures in the other thread. It also matches the site plan posted in the other thread for this charger.

I keep following blueshift's link, we need to have @BlueShift update the link on the site, I asked the mods to delete, but hasn't happened.
