Supercharger - Roscoe, NY

Thanks yeah, I found the Salamanca thread too, that one is right off the exit easy to find in front of the casino. Having these two superchargers open will make life a whole lot easier in central NY!

By the way, how do you update your profile avatar picture? Have to be a paying member or something?
In the top right, there are 4 icons including one that looks like your current avatar. Hover over that one and a drop down menu will appear. On the menu there's an item called Avatar. Click that.

I just checked the webcam doesn't look like there's been any progress, still not open.

I appreciate your keeping an eye out for us here. Our trip from Cleveland area to Dutchess County NY has had to use alternative paths since ditching our Prius. The Southern Tier has always been our favorite route and the opening of the SpC at Salamanca makes this possible in the S85.

The Roscoe Diner has been a spot we've visited in the past, and with this addition, a slam dunk.

Let us know when it's operational.

Hmm... Just tuned in to the webcam this evening, and these sure look powered up. The overhead lights are now on - which is new, and the red TESLA lettering on each supercharger is illuminated, so at least some power is flowing to them. The location dot is still grey "coming soon" on the Tesla website map, but according to this forum, the superchargers are often turned on a week or so before going live on the maps. Looks to me like these are live. Anyone else notice that?

In my experience, once the Tesla is lit, the superchargers are active. Never seen them lit and not functional.
