The area looks pretty rural, so Hydro Quebec is probably checking behind the couch cushions to see if they have 1.75MW to spare.

That's sad because Lèvis is still overloaded and RDL has seemingly become an urban supercharger (75 kW max). Trans Canada coverage has been better in lighter traveled areas with less Teslas.

I've never been when there wasn't a lineup, with at least one SC out of order. You've been super lucky.
