Drove by today. Not open yet, all equipment in site. Pavement is still torn up and fencing still up. I’d guess a few more weeks.

Thanks for the update. Too bad they weren't a bit more on the ball with this one - they really need it with Baker City being temporarily out of commission!

Looks like a OneCall for directional drilling at this location. Possibly this has been the hold up? Maybe we'll see this come online fairly soon after the drilling takes place...

Quite a bit of activity this afternoon. The big electrical boxes were open and several workers on site. I saw a guy digging in the trenches as well.

Awesome, but how about next time you walk over and ask them if they know when the power will be turned on

Stopped by this afternoon and looks like they’re getting close. No workers to ask when it’s opening. Noticed they have a couple chargepoint chargers in addition to the Tesla chargers.

Also there are now two sideways Tesla chargers on the end.

Looks like Salem is one of the locations listed on the Tesla/Target agreement that was posted about today. Tesla Works with Massive Retailer Target to Install Superchargers in Many Cities

Tesla looks like they started all the PNW locations on that list. Lacey and Medford both have permits or construction going right now...

Not at all, I think it's great that more options are there. In Albany Walmart put in all these chargers but I cannot charge my Tesla. So this is a step forward.

Tesla needs to come out with an adapter so we can charge at all chargers.
