Definitely an "urban" supercharger, but that empty pallet is covering a hole where the transformer will go. So no transformer yet, which means it could be a long time before it is completed.I found where it is. Between Macy's and JC Penny's.... I wouldn't invest in a parking lot between those two... At least in a few years, the lot will be vacant except for the Teslas
