I'll try to add some pics from yesterday- Looking good! It says V3 on the large box. I didn't see any of the actual charging stanchions just yet but the main fences were down so hopefully it's getting close.

From your pics, it looks like the charging stations will be over to the NW of where I saw the conduit and work recently.

I think your pics are the area in red and my guess is that they will spill over to the yellow area.

Yes that sounds about right- The photo with the large white box in my photo is in your red circle area. With the fences down and the cabinet in, hopefully it's getting close- Looking to see the stalls hopefully soon!

I drove by last night and things looked a bit different! Now there is fencing up all around the area on your map closer to where the "chargepoint charging sdtation" is labeled. Basically in that lot area there are now fences and within there I saw some of the actual stanchions! Maybe more between the red circle and blue X in the drawing.

Footings for Supercharger stalls are going in. Lot is shared with existing ChargePoint. Footing work for transformers is complete!

Any updates? Headed to SD for the half-marathon at the end of the month, would love to finally have a supercharger at Liberty Station while we make our yearly visit to Stone!

3/19 update: Tesla equipment appears all installed. Possible expansion of additional 12 Superchargers groundwork as well? Awaiting landscaping and final SDGE transformers.

Stopped by as we’re leaving SD. There were two guys with the cabinets/etc open but they didn’t even look my way so I wasn’t going to ask about the status. Looks damn close though.

It sure does look close! I'm guessing they are ready, but waiting for some kind of final inspection or approval before removing the covers. Looking nice though.

I was in the area this morning for the first time in 3 weeks. They are still covered and there is still only 12.

I stopped by last night and they chargers seem to be in place, just covered and cones in front of the parking spaces. It seems like it should be open any day now.

Odd that this isn't on Tesla's website, yet. I'm super happy about this as I'll be in Ocean Beach for a while. This will make it easy to stay topped up without having to drive too far.

Really poor behavior that's unfortunate to see from any driver, let alone Tesla drivers, is evident at this location. First the entitled Vons/Trader Joe's shoppers who leave their shopping carts behind the superchargers instead of returning them to the proper collection points elsewhere in the parking lot. Second, the trash thrown around the stalls instead of depositing it in a nearby garbage can. Third, rude Tesla drivers who cut in the waiting line and slam the cords to the ground if they're not working. Saw an Uber driver undertake the latter tough guy move. I feel like I have to tidy up when I'm there so we're not all perceived as douchebags.
