San Gabriel Valley finally getting chargers!!!

Spotted construction right next o 99 Ranch Market's parking lot. Prime location to many restaurant's and desserts! Also next to the entrance/exit ramp to Metro ExpressLane off Del Mar!

This one will be busy. Tesla could use at least a few more locations between here and Rancho Cucamonga along the 210 and 10.

Glad they are finally building one in SGV, but this location will be extremely busy all the time. SGV is like Tesla-land. You see Tesla every other minute.

From the conduit layouts in the equipment pad area it looks like it's going to have 5 V3 cabinets. With their standard 1:4 ratio of SC cabinets to stalls, that points to 20 stalls.

Yup... nice to have a SvC nearby as a backup. But certainly not a primary source if home is an option for charging.

Hardly a good way to charge at 38 cents a Kwh at a Supercharger when charging at home is 13 cents a Kwh.

My parents live near by, in Monterey Park, which is ground zero for this large Asian community. Back in 2013 when I got my Tesla Model S, I would see no EV's at all in this area. Starting around 2018 I'd see a few. But fast forward to 2020 and 2021, and now, happily, Tesla Model 3's and Y abound in this area. Hmm...now that I think about it, the increase of Teslas coincided with the building of Giga Shanghai.

Agreed, any time of day at this location, it is almost impossible to find a parking space.

I haven't been there since they were doing a bunch of construction a year or two ago, but IIRC, that entrance/exit location is usually quite bad during meal times.

Those specific parking spaces are usually dead though.
