Check the plan in this post: Supercharger - Santa Monica, CA (in permitting Mar 2021) There are a few spaces marked as wider than normal - several are 10 feet wide, and even a couple which are 11 feet wide.
That's an interesting site design. A couple of observations: 1. The title block is interesting and appears to reference a different site. The Moose Lodge in Placerville is getting an ESS?? 2. The plot on the right has 26 stalls and 7 cabinets fed by one utility transformer. This is probably the nominal max 28 stalls per transformer used at the Firebaugh site, but they couldn't fit the last two parking spaces. 3. The plot on the left has 36 stalls and 9 cabinets fed by one utility transformer and a Megapack. Presumably, the Megapack will supply the excess demand potentially taken by the extra two cabinets. This is on the assumption that the same size utility transformer will be used.
