While there is no physical action at this site there are utility marker flags and spray paint markings around the site. Maybe construction is getting close.

Nice! Just 10 min away from where I live. Not that I'll be using it much or at all, but it would certainly encourage nearby tourism - people driving their Teslas to the Gulf coast to vacation instead of flying. 🥳
