I'll my Festy contact if it is open/live yet. Typically there is no official inspection at the end from what I can tell. The electric is hooked up by the utility and completed and the construction peeps do the final items, pack up and leave. After that it is simply a Tesla rep that sent to the site (usually from nearest service center) to test. If they test OK, they call/notify the web site person to go live on the site and update the map. At least that is what happened from other previous ones in the area.

Yes, being told Sheboygan is operational. Not official on the map yet but it is fully operational and open to public. Enjoy.

It wasn't me but a member of the Facebook Wisconsin Tesla Owners group, and, yes, he has declared it open! I was hoping it would be up by this weekend so I can take my fall foliage road trip from Chicago to northern Wisconsin in my Model S!

Confirmed operational! SC ramps up very slowly, I couldn't get it to deliver more than 220 mph.

I used this station yesterday on the way back from Green Bay... close to a Kwik Trip and so nice to get 292 mi/hr so I could be on my way in 20 mins!!

I saw that as well. Now that this one is open I am hoping they will file a permit for the one that is supposed to go in the Wausau area!

I just looked up this SC for an upcoming road trip. Sort of amusing: if you look at Google Street View for this location, its picture happens to show the chargers under construction.
