Supercharger - Sheffield, OH

I'm at the Sheffield SpC. Stall 1B was totally dead. I moved to 3A which was only giving me about 26 kW after 10 minutes or so(the amount of time it took to go into Sheetz, use the bathroom and get a cup of coffee), so I moved to 4B, which seems to be charging normally (90 kW).
I called in to Tesla to report this. They said 1A/B seemed to be offline, but nobody had reported it. He thought 4B might be working well because someone had just used 4A, whereas 3A/B had not been used and might be slow because of the cold weather (it's 37F here.) He said he would send someone out to take a look, and by the time I pulled out my pc to type up this note, a local electrical contractor was there - he's already finished up and gone.
So remember to call in problems when you come across them!

There's literally a phone number on the Supercharger.
