Was in Simcoe last Thursday May 12 and spotted it. Just remembered and sure enough someone else alga’s also spotted it!! Did not have time to stop so just took

pictures from the car. Will be going by again next week so hopefully lots of progress by then!

I went by today. It looks completed. The stalls were covered except for one on the far right. Someone was trying to use it but drove off after about 30 seconds (I assume it didn't work). I guess it's just waiting for activation/approval.

Dropped by Oct 8 and checked it out, looks like its just waiting to be commissioned.
