Lol you're right...it also says 8 SC's when there are only 4.

The car map labels Bristol, VA correctly until you navigate to it, then it calls it South Boston.

South Boston is currently missing from the car map.

And now it is showing as "Coming Soon" after the Official map update this week. Very confusing!

Well it's definitely there and online...probably just takes a few weeks for everything to shake out. IIRC it was the same for the new Fair Play, SC SC that just opened. Obviously not the nav issue but the "Coming Soon" thing.

I was very confused today.

Still absent from the map yet working. Preconditioning doesn’t happen, so output is about half of expected. 1/4 iced.

So do we really have to wait for Tesla to update their SC map once a quarter for this to be live? I can't find a number or email to send to Tesla to inquire about it.

The Fair Play SC updated as live on the map within a couple of days of it being live.

I've passed through South Boston more times than I can count visiting my parents in the Richmond area lol you don't have to tell me!

Yeah Kangaroo and Circle K really need to step up their game...they talk big about supporting EVs, but have very little to show for it in the US.

This would really help certain places like Boone where there are no Sheetz outlets, but they do have Circle K's.

Boone needs a Supercharger! There is a large area in that part of the NC that is void of chargers.

We had a trip to North Carolina from west of Richmond this week and used the South Boston SC each way. I'm happy to say no stalls were ICED out at either of our SC stops. We previously had to "detour"to Farmville VA to top off. This SC in South Boston really helps out or trips to NC.

It is a bit of a detour tbh. I take 360 all the way from west of Richmond back to South Carolina.

Richmond>South Boston>Danville>Greensboro>Charlotte>Greenville, SC.

South Boston is on route; Farmville is not.

Farmville was about a 15 minute detour. Not a major thing, but it is super nice to have that SuperCharger in South Boston.

the trend is definitely toward Sheetz and Wawa type locations. Not bad, but not like the nice shopping centers and strip malls with decent eating options. On the other hand, open 24 hours is good.

Stopped here Monday afternoon. Sheetz was extremely busy but no ICEing. My SOC wasn’t too low but pulled over 200 kW for awhile. Bonus pic of the 4 charging stalls and the pup after a quick pee and stretch break!
