Found a new supercharger location for South Lake Tahoe, CA on Tesla's website. HERE

I went to visit South Lake Tahoe in January and they really could use a 2nd supercharger location. I planned ahead, Supercharged at Placerville, and brought an excessive amount of extension cords to L1/L2 charge at the AirBnB. But would be nice to not goto Hard Rock to Supercharge!

Awesome. So. Lake Tahoe is our favorite place to vacation but I hate Supercharging at The Hard Rock.

I have emailed the city development guys to get more details on a possible permit/location.

FYI, just noticed this got pushed back to Q1 2023.

They really need a second charger as the Hard Rock Casino is now charging $15 if you stay there for over an hour. See my post here.

Based on info briefly posted to Tesla's website earlier today, it looks like this one may be destined for the Holiday Market in Meyers (though it now lists a target date of generic 2023):

I was hoping this would be closer to Tahoe Valley, Lake Valley, etc... But this location is kinda cool when you're coming up (or leave). I think I would Supercharge on my way in, and L1 charge at an Airbnb.
