Update - construction on the north side of the building is complete and equipment/storage container was removed, so now will be easy to spot progress from the street. No equipment delivered yet, but now that Elk Grove construction is done, hope to see some progress soon!

No SC equipment delivered yet. Parking lots full of workers cars doing interior construction. No update on the permit either. Looks like the project is on hold.

I also drove by this morning and the parking lot was packed. I saw the sign that PetFood Express opens on 3/17, so I may check it out..

Per citys Permit Database, Update of 3/20 Permit ready to be issued. I think this was on hold until the Raley's store was substantially complete due to access to the area need by the construction crews for Raley's.
BTW Pet Food Express has delayed, opening. No New date given.

Well, doesn’t look like anything is going to happen here, soon if ever. They expanded the overhang parking area for grocery order pickup (given the situation today, a good call) in the north west corner and deleted the parking spaces opposite them. Will keep an eye out as they wrap things up if those stantions stay in place, though.

Thanks for the pic - I was wondering what that covered area was. Makes sense that it's for ecart now, as the Bel-Air near me moved all the ecart pick-up spots to the back of the store.

Funny how you mentioned nothing was to be done anything soon. I drove by that same day but about 5PM and they dug in that area. Kinda hard to see when it's shrunk down. Don't mind the bird poop or bug guts on the windshield.

Not even close to being done. The Supercharger cabinets are on pallets behind the store. No other inspsections have been called for.

Anybody want to guess how long until someone backs into one of those? They seem unusually exposed to damage.
