Given the construction going on and lack of transformer, my bet is 2-3 weeks from now.

I spoke with construction. They are angry because they must wait 2 weeks for Oncor to drop the transformer and run the lines from the other side of the street to the transformer, before they can finish:
They are re-grading the last 4 positions because the angle is too high for Handicapped:
and these will be 135kw Super Charger's
...that are liquid cooled!
They said all new SC's have the short white box line conditioners now:
They can't do anything else until Oncor arrives.

Thanks for the great pictures and info! We’ll be visiting Flower Mound in April and this will be handy if it’s online.

Are you actually in Dallas? They are other HPWC options in the Metroplex: Denton, Plano (behind the store, ground level of the parking lot), Fort Worth - just to name a few.
As @STDRDC13 mentioned, get a PlugShare too.

The lot has been repaved, but still no transformer and the remaining four pedestals need to be placed.

Spoke with construction Again. The late night workers in the rain is because they hit a water main. Digging 4 ft was not deep enough. They need to redig under the street 7 ft this time, before they can run lines to the transformer.
They will be gone next week after stripping & landscape moving to Colorado. Oncor's problem now.

Southlake Supercharger construction is complete. It "just" needs Oncor to plug it into the grid.
