Ill be driving through in a few weeks. I hope that if we use the 72kW enough, they will upgrade it to a full 250kW at the convention center. Then I dont need to risk not making it to Beaver.

For second there, I thought you meant Beaver Dam, AZ and couldn't help but think it would be really fun to say "I need to go to the dam(n) supercharger". My family use to have a condo half share in Mesquite, so quite a few trips were made to the Dam(n) bar.

Good thought, but I meant Beaver, Utah.

I visited the St. George Conventional Center drive Supercharger Dec 26th. There were 4 stalls with plenty of room for expansion. Despite the street name, no Convention Center nearby that I could see. It is a remote location that could be sketchy late at night. While it is slower than the other St. George location if you are traveling on the I-15, you save a lot of time as it is right next to the highway.

Remote? As far as I can tell it is right off the freeway next to a Cracker Barrel.

Also, from googling, it looks like the Dixie Center is right across the street. It is a convention center among other things.

Used these on Friday last week. Easy to find, faster than sharing V2 stalls. Was a great stop.

Unknown if this is a temporary setup for holiday travel but 4 stalls are in a much better location than the bluff street supercharger.

It looks like this location is permanent since it’s on the new Supercharger locator map. Also, according to the map, these should be faster than the Bluff Street location, so I’m thinking that they’ll be upgrading these to V3...

Charged at this location last week twice during my road trip, 4 stalls are all working but first charger is only giving 35kw.

Did the temporary 72kW urban chargers get replaced with 250kW V3's? Tesla.com says there are 4 x 250kW here.

Its always said that, and we assume the plan is to upgrade. But last I checked a few months ago, they were still the urban chargers.

I have to pass through St George every 4-6 weeks and I'm hoping getting something a little faster at this location happens sooner than later. The SC on Bluff St is too far from I-15 and gets pretty crowded at times. Fingers crossed for the upgrade.

Only 72 KW chargers when I charged there 2 weeks ago.

Still 4 x 75 kW temporary urban chargers as of Sept 3. I did notice a pallet of cable next to the location. I don't know if the cable is new (suggesting a planned expansion) or has been sitting there awhile.

I recently noticed that Mesquite NV has appeared on the Tesla.com "Coming soon" map, along with "target opening in 4Q 2021." That'll be a big help for traffic going either direction on I-15, especially if we get a V3 charger. Fingers crossed that Tesla comes through.

As we were passing through the area this past weekend I mentioned to my wife that Mesquite should have a SC. I'm such a genius!
