Yeah apparently Tesla does not make the transformers and are at the mercy of the maker for these (ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH)
Any updates from those who live near here? This is the location I'm most looking forward to because its right by my in-laws.
Made an account just to say, no, its not up yet. For reference, driving on March you will be able to see the transformer's spot surrounded by the poles.
Unfortunately the transformers have still not arrived the Managment of the Hilton has no clue as to when it will arrive
I just drove by on March lane and there's a worker installing the transformer. It's in it's spot. The door was open and he was working on it.
Can not wait for this location as it's the midway point for a trip I frequently take. No more relying on the 50kWh adaptor and limited availability of other networks/stalls!
Nice, the main bottleneck is finally over! Tesla may need to do some work or testing first, but check the building permit for upcoming inspections before the site gets approved by the city: Accela Citizen Access I think at this stage there’s usually a couple of weeks left before the site gets turned on, so it’s likely that this site gets turned on this month.
Yes, we finally get the transformer. Hope to finish the inspection soon and come online. It is not online up to October 12, 2020 yet.
Inspection scheduled for 10/26, if it’s approved then usually within a week after the location is turned on:
Another confirmation supercharging stations are operating. Still dominants by ICE vehicles. Through time more Tesla’s will show up and take over.
Thanks for the confirmations guys! There is a possibility that it may only be powered temporarily since the final electrical inspection hasn’t been approved yet and the site isn’t shown yet on the Tesla Nav. If you have a chance later or some other day to check on this site, post any changes so that we can change the status on supercharge.info accordingly to prevent people from relying on it if something changes.
