No idea what's going on at the side of the Hilton. I guess it could be L2 chargers, but it wasn't in the permit description, the spacing seems weird, and there would need to be new ADA compliant parking spots.

This is awesome, I drove by yesterday and they were working. They probably won’t have time to pour concrete within the next few days because of weather conditions. Huge win for the Tesla community!
They’ve been literally working on the site all day, every (week?) day since the fences first went up, it’s glorious.
truly appreciate Tesla picking the perfect location. Rumors on the internet that the original location was in downtown. That would have been a nightmare.

I figure the code looks something like this:

Yes the navigator takes you to different place than where the address is....
On the findus map, the locations for "Coming soon" Superchargers are not exact. Generally they're the rough geographic center of the city where the Supercharger will be located. Once the Supercharger comes on line, the pin / address gets updated to reflect the actual location.

Good for the Stockton Residences and Tesla owners used I-5 through Stockton. The construction should be finished by 2019 otherwise Tesla Supercharging web page will be updated for completion to 2020. Up to today, the Tesla Supercharging web page Stockton, CA | Tesla is still showing for target opening in 2019. I wish it will be completed within four days.
There's around 300 "coming soon" locations (in US) with "Target opening in 2019" message, so highly unlikely this one will be completed among others.
it will be updated some time mid January hopefully.

I’ve been following this build ever since I picked up my Model S back on November. I live in Stockton in the Brookside area and this is definitely a huge win for our city, especially it being off I-5! Can’t wait to meet everyone at the stalls! If some of you guys are local, we should do a meet and greet once the supercharger is open! We can set up a small canopy for a hour or two and hand out coffee and snacks to other owners that finally notice the new Stockton Supercharging location on their app/car!

Telsa's map has "target opening 2019" for superchargers that haven't even broken ground yet. Don't take that wording as any kind of guarantee.
