Just swung by again today and while they have lots of Tesla boxes it doesn’t look like there’s been any progress.

Still don’t know why this forum uploads my photos upside down... sigh...

Cell phone cameras can take pictures in multiple orientations, but instead of actually rotating the picture data according to which side of the camera is up, many of them always encode the image in the same order and indicate the correct orientation with EXIF metadata. Since EXIF can contain sensitive information like the GPS of where the picture was taken, the forum's software strips it. If it were smarter, it could leave in the orientation tag and just strip the others, but unfortunately, it isn't.

This means that if you want your images to show up the right way up without having to edit them first, you should rotate your phone the other way to take the picture.

Stopped by and chatted with the project manager there about 10 days ago. He said all will be level 3 and I think 20 S/C’s. They will be on the west side of the lot when done, sometime around Thanksgiving was the expected completion date!

Stopped by the Del Amo mall today (it’s open!) and checked on the supercharger. They’re fixing the pedestals in place today. It looks like all the electricity is going to come from the packs we’ve taken pics of in the older parking structure and then piped overhead from there.

I talked to one of the guys working on the pedestals and he said it’ll be about a month before it’s open. Exciting!!

The guys working on the Granada hills supercharger would not give any kind of estimate. I was told all electricians had to sign a NDA from Tesla. Del amo mall is a great place for a supercharger location.
