Come to think, the fencing workers initially began to say two weeks before saying a week. Prob meant their stuff was done in a week, with another two weeks to go. Not sure. They weren't native English speakers.

Yep that must be it. This is what the white cabinets look like as of today... looks like there’s still an open spot or two with boards/cones.

Any idea how long it takes to get one of these installed? I’ve never been more excited for a Supercharger.

The board with the two cones on top is undoubtedly where the utility transformer goes.

It's really impossible to say when the transformer gets installed. Days to weeks. That block of cement is the right spot to keep your eyes on.

I know an employee who works at the del amo showroom and casually asked about it. She said, "yeah, it'll probably be a year from now or so." I thought she was joking, but she was completely serious. Well, I sure hope she is wrong!

They updated the Tesla Find Us map today with expected Quarters (not just year) and it lists the Torrance SC as Q1 2021.

Here’s hoping! I think the only missing piece is the transformer.

Last time I was in the showroom, the guy I spoke with had no idea construction had even started let alone the fact that it was virtually done. Sooooooo...

As of last night the yellow tape has not been removed.

Just checked an hour ago.... same yellow tape. At least you can check by peering in from the road without having to go inside the structure to the subterranean level. Such an odd place to put the Superchargers and so hard to find!

its actually a perfect place, if it were in a more easily accessible area there would be more problems of ICEing especially during busy mall times.
