Looks like the charge cables are thinner, which would mean V3, but I’m not 100% sure based on those pics.

The telltale sign it’s V3 is the black base of the handle, where it meets the cord. V2 has a silver ring, whereas V3 is just black.

Pretty sure that's neither v2 nor v3. Too big, probably a transformer or such.

The spec sheet pictured says 250 kW, so, yeah, V3 for sure.

I drove by this morning around 9:30. The construction people were still working on the electrical side of things and no sign of the Tesla technician. So, probably still a little ways from being done. They had removed most of the cones and 2 of the spaces were ICE'd although one of the cars had a person in it with the engine running.

Update as of 2:30 PM Tuesday. Technicians working on installing power to the pedestals in the rain. . Several of the pedestals had their covers off and were in the process of being wired. I asked "how long to complete the job" and the answer was "on our part, one to two weeks." No transformer or meter.

Update as of 1300 Thursday afternoon. It appears all the electrical work on the pedestals is complete??? So much for "a week or two??" Obviously, no power. The gate to the enclosure around the electrical equipment is locked. The backup stops appear to be in the correct place. Site was cleaned up and there are no cones other than the ones blocking the two adjacent parking spots. None of the spots were ICE'd when I arrived. While I was parked one ICE vehicle showed up and was gone in the time it took me to get out and take a couple of images.

I just looked up the electrical permit. It appears that the inspection only partially passed. One note says "NO POWER - 1200A COMMERCIAL". The grounding and underground feeder portions of the inspection passed.
